I recently stayed in hotel and the service was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. The rooms were clean, comfy, and well-maintained. The dining options were great, and the food was delicious. What really stood out was the concierge service—they knew the area well and helped with everything. The overall vibe of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend bliss hotel for a top-notch stay with excellent service! Can't wait to go back!

Okay, so this restaurant was a life saver for us. While at Dhanaulti, we were tired and fell asleep in the evening and when we woke up it was already 10 PM and to our dismay, none of the restaurants were taking orders after 10 PM. We requested quite a few hotels but to no avail. Then we tried at Bliss, and voila they agreed to accommodate us in their buffet for dinner for per person rate of 300 INR. To our surprise the food was excellent and delicious and the staff was very helpful and they even started serving us after we took the first bites on the plate. Thanks and we appreciate the team at Bliss for helping us out.

I really loved the staff and there service was impeccable. Rooms are clean and they have a big glass window for super delux rooms where you see beautiful view and i was lucky to experience meteor showers relaxing on my bed and watching stars through this window, amazing experience!!!!

Excellent service by Jagmohan sir. They treated us like friends only and took care of all our needs. Must say it was the best service that I have experience till now. Room and food quality were also very good. And the view from the hotel room is cherry on top. I would recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Dhanulti.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
