This hotel is situated within walking radius (slightly excess than 1km) from श्री सोमनाथ मंदिर. Auto-rickshaws are readily available. We visited for lunch at their facility. The restaurant maintained desired hygiene. The menu was diverse and the meal was relishable.

Rubbish, useless & absolutely hopeless staff Very rude and impolite staff. It seems that they don’t respect the customers as they are not in need and will always say that their hotel rooms are always full. Very small rooms. No requests are accepted by them. The answer to every request is NO, not possible or we don’t provide extra services. This hotel strictly provides only timely check in, room to stay and food. No other requirements can be expected from them. Also the person at the revocation. Is extremely rude and not worthy of talking. We had a senior citizen with us and they were not ready to provide any assistance needed. Would strictly not recommend this hotel to anybody travelling with senior citizens or individuals with health issues. Not a trusted hotel & staff

Very small rooms. There was not enough space for extra mattress. If yor are family of 3 then it's little difficult to adjust. Hot water was available. Toilets were not so clean. We had to request staff to clean the toilet. They have drives rooms available which is good. Drives need not sleep in car.

Worst hotel experience ever.Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.Very unprofessional staff.They ask you to pay money in advance and later tell you that your booking wasn’t confirmed and steal your money by telling you they will refund it within 1 hour.They allow only married couple however it isn’t mentioned in thier description of the stay.They are so illiterate that they will ask a women to show her marriage certificate if she hasnt changed her surname after marriage. Very bad behavior towards female they are male chauvinist and very dominanting.

We stayed here just for a night. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was polite. They have restaurant. Unexpectedly food is too good there. It's a pure veg resto. Looked better than outside food stalls. Somnath temple is close from this place. And I think auto standing outside charge same Rs. 100 for any ride.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
