I visited resort on 26 January 2023. Service is good, rooms are also well maintained with accesories like fridge, AC, celing fans, cupboard,kitchen ota. For dinner or lunch staff provide you at garden & in your room also.For small children they will provide you extra bed. Without extra charge. Hot water for bathing is available. If you didn't find location staff will help you to search same,just call them. Location on map is wrong, lock location by ice aapple resort & call bliss palm resort staff they will guide you. Food quality is good. Surround nature is also good. They assit you to go for beach at your own cost. Staff is humble specially MR. LAHU caretaker. Swiming poo big & small is available l.Awosme experience.

The location is wrong on maps. Call the owner and take the turn. Search for Ice Apple resort and then dont leave the road. In 400 mtrs you'll reach the resort. Owner Sanjeet Naik is a good and professional person. Staff is also good and helpful. Swimming pool is good for 15 people. 2ft area is also available for childrens.

On 30 December 2023, 21 of us went to Bliss Palm Resort for New Year celebration Location is so bad that no one will go there again. Rooms are not at all as photo shared. The quality of food is so bad that 3/4 of the colombia was in the pot after measuring a thin water for 13 people. Lunch only increases at night and the price of such a plate is 400 rupees 400 rupees for children of 5 years in our group. When you complain about the food, the owner tells you what to do We were hearts. He didn't care about the customers he met or the inconvenience they caused. Staff is not enough, when the first person finishes eating, the last person gets the same plate. They are not even able to cook food and finally if someone asks for tea again, they add milk to the remaining tea powder and boil it. You should think a lot while going to such a place because your money goes here only and only for free 90000 thousand for 2 days 2 nights of 21 people The one who takes the initiative and arranges it would feel very bad

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
