        This hotel is located on the mall road in Shimla. The rooms are good and the location is best as it is well connected to the mall road. Their restaurant is on the 3rd floor with a wonderful interior. Their quality of food was also yummy, we tried veg as well as non veg items like Chicken tikka, crispy corn,honey chilli cauliflower, french fries,honey chilli potato and many more snacks.... Then we had the main course in which we had paneer tikka butter masala, dal makhani and chapati like garlic naan ,tandoori roti ... And everything was awesome. I would like to recommend the hotel to others.

        *NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FEMALE TRAVELERS* Worst hotel I’ve ever came across. I’m a traveler and I have been to many hostels and hotels but this is the hotel that I won’t suggest any one of you to visit. The staff of this hotel needs to get trained even if they got their hair grey in this industry especially the red coat manager, Mr. Thakur. They don’t have etiquettes to talk to a girl. They literally switched off the main switch so we can’t use the lift. We even filed police complaint against them. Mr. Manager and his ‘ded futiya’ didn’t stop here, his pet ‘ded futiya’ came with a fist in front of me and Mr. Manager said ki police kuch ni kr paegi mera. Also, if you’ll check their replies to other reviews as well you can get what kind of people they are.

        The worst hotel in Shimla. They don’t have water in washrooms. Forget about hot water in 2 degree temperature, you will have to struggle every day for water even for basic necessities. For even the smallest of a hotel basics, you have to call the GM.

        Worst service worst rooms ! There are insects everywhere and no room was cleaned! They even denied giving the money back that i paid for the room before seeing the rooms! Rost service!! Not at all worth it!!! Dont come here at all i would suggest the legacy hotel or bridge view regency!! There is diff, They hide and book your rooms by referencing another good hotel names!! Its a fraud fraud fraud!

        My stay in this hotel was very memorable. I stayed here with my family. The staff is very helpful, cooperative and polite in their behaviour. Their service was remarkable and I would recommend this hotel for others as well. Thankyou

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
