Disgusting! Very bad staff, super unprofessional. Takes money before booking and once you reach you have to wait for 3 hours to get the room. The kitchen is so unhygienic. Super smelly. No networks in the area. Everything is dirty.

The rooms are expensive as per the quote given by the owner. When we asked that the rooms are cheaper online, he refused to give cheaper price and we have to pay what he asked for. Way to hotel is a gravelled path and very narrow. Food and service were average. View is good and rooms are spacious. The property still not fully developed and some bits and pieces needs to be done and the door of the room were really noisy while closing. The only reason to stay in this property because we already paid few amount online in advance while booking the another property and when we reached there it was 1 star property and photos were fake. Overall not really a good property to stay. You will have many other good properties in Kasauli in this price.

So this was a newly constructed property looks like as some more work is going on the entrance side. Washrooms were all new and clean with all the amenities. The water supply is there, clean rooms, good service, hygiene and quiet. You will get an amazing view of kasauli from this place and it all worth it 🌄🤩🤩

Not recommended (do not book this stay if u really want to enjoy) We group of 50 students & 5 teachers stayed at BRYLL HOMES for a night & faced the following problems: 1) Rude behaviour of Owner (Amit) & Staff members (they shout at our students & misbehaved with our teachers). 2) They intentionally cut our electricity in mid night (most disgusting attitude of staff we have faced) 3) Far away from Kasauli Mall Road (very poor location) Check attached video for proof

I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the complete lack of phone service.Furthermore, the staff’s attitude towards this issue was dismissive and unhelpful. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Some Amit owner of hotel, behave very rudely with vistors.
