        One of wrist experience I had here. Stayed 14 days here Room : cupboards are broken and not properly maintained Bed : it’s easily understood the quality of mattress are pathetic… starting back pain after 5-6 days. No improvement after giving the feedback Room service: after 2 days we start avoiding having hotel food Room clean: after 2-3 days had to remind almost every alternative days for cleaning Parking: Open space parking which make your car dusty. It’s situated at prime location and nearby metro where you can plan your all visit easily therefore had to spend 2 weeks here.

        The worst 3 star hotel I have ever seen. It's rooms are not at all same as shown in photos shared by property. Very old rooms. The washrooms are not at all worth to 3 star they don't even provide towels. The taps and washrooms are so dirty it feels like you are in public washroom of some Stations. It seems very nice as you enter the hotel but if you want to stay here please see the rooms first and then decide. I wanted to do partial cancel as there was death of our relative and I checked out one day before that also before the check out timing but still they did not made any refund.MMT team has done a lot but the hotel denied and I don't know on what basis they denied. Please don't stay here nor for couples neither for families. If possible I would have given NOT A SINGLE STAR RATING but here there is not that option..

        Located in a prime location. Lacks proper maintenance. Walkable distance from Metro station so well connected. There are eateries also around. Cutting corners unnecessarily on petty things. Parking space is available with valet. There is a restaurant also.

        Worst service by staff. They denied for early check even after confirmed over phone before online booking stating that room is not available. There after when called to manager immediately they manage one room. As per invoice I got it has been mentioned that early check in free but they charged Rs. 1500. I didn’t have other option as with family & couldn’t move to other location as new to city. I got the feeling that They have collaboration with local Rikshwale (who dropped me at hotel). Lot of cockroaches in room and restaurant. Total waste of money.

        Worst behaviour of the manager over there.We came to the hotel on 21/12/2024 with my wife and 2 years old kid to book the room at morning initially the receptionist said that there is a room,but you have to wait for the manager for paying the charges.So waited for the manager to come ,when she came her behaviour and response was not proper. She was rude and just walked away without any proper response and I am standing with family there.useless place to stay. I wouldn't suggest this hotel instead can try venkateshware which is near to this hotel and it is good Other good hotels are available close to it .try to keep as the last preference.
