The experience was really good. Services are great. Check in process didn't take much time, it was smooth. Cleanliness was good. Food was awesome along with room service and specially Ms. Nagma helped n provided great service at breakfast buffet, she took extra care of my children who are very small. Overall experience was excellent.

We recently had a batch reunion and all of us stayed in the property. The hotel is located at a quiet and easily accessible place, is maintained very well and staffed with some very professional people. Food was good and the service was even better. Overall our stay was wonderful and I recommend this place to anyone visiting Lucknow for business or pleasure.

While it could have been an outstanding experience, it fell short of that. It’s because of an incident that happened with the kids I was travelling with. One of them happened to have a fall and hurt herself and started throwing up immediately. Needless to say it was quite an anxious and upsetting experience for the family. We requested for ice packs and instead of providing immediate help, they continued checking in guests. As a matter of fact Uber (meant for hospital) arrived faster than their ice. I believe empathy should be the default setting in hospitality industry and due to the lack of compassion, I’m never going to be coming back here. This is a great property otherwise at pretty reasonable prices I’d say but yeah it is what it is!

What went well First stay at this property and the stay was very comfortable . Very unique design i found for the room cieling usong clay pot and same for lamp shades,liked it. The turn down ammenity was a pleasure Staff was very polite and courteous The breakfast buffet spread was good What could be improved the entry door to the hotel lobby was not impressive though nothing cqn be done coz must be as per design. The water supply at crucial times need to be looled at in cae of disruptions rooms to be called n informed For fruit in room it would be better to keep multiple fruits as a single fruit looks very lonely. The buffet spread items should be replaced from time to time as they get soggy and dry

Easily one of the greatest Hotel stays ever !!! Almost everything was a great experience. Wonderful Staff ; Great Service ; Very spacious, comprehensive & beautiful Property ; Top-notch Ambience; Calm and planned Location. Would like to make special mention of Mr. Sarvesh. A wonderful person, he was very helpful too. Truly a 5+ Star experience !!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
