The location is very good, close to the Shivala/Jain/Assi ghats. The rooms are good enough to accommodate two people, not more. Particularly impressed by the hospitality and service. Had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Hotel is located near to assi and tulsi ghat. All the famous places are easily accessible from the location. Rooms are small. It can accommodate 2 people easily. Room and washroom was clean. Staffs were very hospitable.

The hotel is located next to the well-known Assi Ghat. You must walk for 10 minutes to get to the ghats. The hotel staff is helpful, they booked us a great sunset boat tour. Hotel prices are affordable. Additionally, they have their own kitchen and provide delicious cuisine. We ordered our meals for three days for 15 people, which was convenient for us. Rooms are neat and clean but might feel little moisty and musty as there is no windows in the room. But overall good experience and highly recommended for budget friendly trip.

Please don’t book this hotel if you visit Varanasi with your old age parents as they don’t have lift to go even to 1st floor and steps are like quiet steep. There rooms are so congested and stinking like anything. Washroom doesn’t have good flow of water and somehow all the tabs gives you only and extremely hot water that probably you will end up burning your body. When complaint they said ‘sir motor off kar Diya hai’. And please note don’t book any additional boat rides in Ganga and cab service from them as you know they have hell lot of commission in everything and the magnitude of commission is so high. Better go and book boat rides from Assi ghat nearby. Ram babu the owner is helpful to some extent. So overall had poor hotel experience in Varanasi.

Scam scam scam , Don't go with the pictures and name. This hotel isnt worth the stay , room are very messy and damp and fungus all around , bed is stinking. Air-condition are leaking in most of the room .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
