My husband and I spent Christmas here, and had such a wonderful time. The staff were so attentive and helpful - they really went above and beyond for us. We were given a free room upgrade, which was a lovely Christmas present! The food was great, and we enjoyed the bonfire evenings as well. The location is exceptional, with some great forest walks nearby with amazing views. All in all, we really had a perfect stay! Thank you for everything :)

The property is not value for money. The staff was inhospitable and too rigid. Spending 12k per night did not feel welcomed, major restrictions on basic amenities let us very down and disappointed with the property. The RO water had suspended particles inside and the mineral water was ' kinley' served at a price of 100rs plus taxes. We opted a 3 bedroom villa with a living room. We were given only one electric kettle and denied individual electric kettles which was too rude keeping in mind the winters and young kids. One bathroom had a failed flushing system which could not be repaired so one of our couples had to move to a distant room. We had to call the house keeping again and again for basic supplies such as towels and slippers. We asked for a bonfire where they were charging us 1500 plus taxes for 1.5 hours of fire. At that instant we felt so disheartened and decided to meet the manager eventually ruining the vacation mode. Bottom line - Property looks good and attractive but not value for money at all. Staff should be more considerate and hospitable rather than being arrogant. It felt like a stay home only and not a luxury hotel. P.S. - hats off to the restaurant staff , they served good food with absolute grace.

Such an amazing property. Humble staff Food is too good. Now lemme tell you about the property and it's location. It is atleast 45 minutes from Shimla mall road. But the best part is that you have a market close by and the most beautiful golf course is right next to the property. Its a resort with beautiful room options. I opted for a cottage with an attic. Its so serene and calm. You have everything that you need while vacationing in the property. I am a Traveller and i travel to hill station atleast 4 to 5 times a year and in future whenever I visit Shimla my property would be only chalets Loving it so much

"Mountain retreat perfection: stunning views, delightful cuisine, warm hospitality” Nestled in the serene embrace of the mountains, the property is a beautifully crafted abode for a perfect getaway. I went for a music festival with my friends and was a super memorable experience .The warmth and hospitality of the owners and the staff truely elevates the whole experience. Definitely a must visit.

Spent a phenominal couple of days at the Chalets Naldehra during Christmas. The Christmas Gala Dinner and BBQ was especially something my family really loved. The staff is very courteous and helpful. All in all a great family vacation get away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
