It was better than lot of OYO rooms out there. Peaceful place. Maybe the room I had was not having any open windows so sometimes I felt boxed feeling othar than that everything else good. Mr. Singh from reservation really helped with early check-in so overall satisfied with staying here.

I recently stayed at The Continentti Whitefield for the second time and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a good ambiance and amenities. However, I encountered a disappointing situation with Mr. Aftab, the reception manager. His treatment was less than satisfactory, and I found it to be quite unpleasant. Despite the positive aspects of my stay, this encounter has led me to give the hotel a one-star rating. I hope for an apology from Mr. Aftab to address the miscommunication and mistreatment during my visit Additionally, I would like to suggest implementing an escalation point of contact for guests to provide feedback directly. Having a dedicated channel for constructive criticism could help enhance communication and allow guests to share their experiences more openly. I believe these improvements can contribute to an even better guest experience at continentti Hotel.

Booked this hotel for my parents and sister when they visited bangalore. Good location. Quiet but still close to the main road. The Rooms were huge but weirdly equipped; there was only one towel provided, matress for a third person but no cot was provided. The service is pretty shambolic. Many reasonable requests were agreed to but forgotten, even after multiple reminders. I'd say that this probably used to be a good hotel before, but it has certainly gone downhill as of late. Wouldn't waste my money here, there are many better options closeby.

Room was quite good. House keeping staff Ashiq, Mitthun are very humble and supportive. Kundan and Apoorva both are cook and makes delicious food. Singh ji is in security is a ons stop shop who helped me in searching my rented accommodation. Nice hospitality by team The Continentee. All the best guys. I will visit for food again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
