The guy at the reception is very rude, doesn't has any sense of how to behave with customer. At midnight he was shouting with other customer, on being asked to lower the volume he replied "dheere hi bol rha, baki Jo karna hai kar lo". Owner of the hotel "A Lady" visited there when we were sitting, seems educated enough, should get rid of such staff otherwise no one will come again being Nanital a holiday destination. Rooms were dirty, smoke smell was there, my brother get rashes on his face by the pillow used. Bedsheets were dirty having marks on those. Overall very bad experience though they charged a good amount to us which is not worth at all.

Below average rooms in terms of location, ambiance and equipping. Service quality just meets expectation. Overall, i felt it was overpriced for what we got. It's not worth more than 2K per room per night. The location is not convenient since there isn't any parking, it's located on a congested one-way street which witnesses regular traffic jams, due to which taxis charge a bomb to drop off. Rooms are very basic, but clean. We get a double bet, 2 chairs, a table, a cupboard, kettle and TV with cable connection. Our room had a wall mounted fan, which lay broken at the bottom of the cupboard (which i didn't mind as we didn't need it). Bathroom has a geyser. Got an iron on request. Food was average. I deduced that the cook had a limited skill set, since some of the dishes on the limited menu, weren't made anywhere close to what they should have been. Proportions also varied every time. But service in general was quick. There was staff available round the clock and came running on just a ring of the phone.

Very good facilities with all hygiene. The staff and manager are really co-operative, humble and very honest. Food is also delicious. Walkable distance to Naina devi mandir and other markets. Overall we had a great experience. I can say it is actually worth.

Pathetic experience, room was disgusting. I have wasted my 4k just for single night. Manager were so uncooperative . I never ever had such a bad experience in my life. Room service is also horrible. Please DONOR ever visit this place. This is the first time I am sharing my review so you can imagine how was my experience.

Very nice hotel. Had a great 2 night stay there. Hotel owner and worker were very polite and helping. Rooms are very nice and clean. They provide very good quality heavy breakfast too. Wifi was not strong in the room but very strong at the reception. I did my tatkal booking there! Little water trouble is there, but it is manageable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
