The rooms are quite small, but are good. They have renovated most of the rooms so the look and feel is great. The room service, if requested, is done promptly. Please note, this hotel does not have an in-house restaurant and sadly, no breakfast buffet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Corus Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel's ambiance is simply enchanting, and it exudes a sense of luxury and comfort. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. The comfortable bed ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the breathtaking view from my room added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The dining options at The Corus Hotel are outstanding. I savored every meal at the hotel's restaurant, where the chefs demonstrated their culinary expertise. The variety of dishes and the quality of ingredients truly set this establishment apart. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that I felt like a valued guest. Recently I had stayed in corus. Few things to be noted that if you are a first time visitor, you may not locate the hotel in one go. As it is in the middle of the market, the entrance is pretty small which can be easily missed out. It's next to crocs showroom in block B of Cannaught place. The rooms are pretty small( which is mentioned in the website) however it becomes damp and humid as there are no windows hence proper ventilation is lacking. The rooms are old. There were no glasses, no floor mat in front of the bathroom. The water kettle had foul odour. There are no mirrors in the room except for bathroom, so if you are planning to get ready while someone has occupied the bathroom please make sure to bring your own mirror. The ac and fan works okay. Since it is located in a prime location, everything in and around is quite expensive specially the food. The buffet breakfast had very limited spread. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and the room condition for the price that's being charged.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
