Rooms were OK, do expect for any room service. There is no Kitchen food can be ordered and delivered. Not suggested for family if you are travelling with small kids and aged family members. There is No packing available, you need to park away from resort and on road.

I recently stayed at a resort that left me thoroughly impressed with its exceptional service and captivating ambience. The staff's attentiveness was remarkable, and Ebin, the room service guy, stood out with his courteous demeanor and prompt assistance. His attention to detail and friendly attitude enhanced my overall experience. The resort's commitment to excellent service, combined with a serene ambience, made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The service was great, food was not the best and rooms were ok. The water heaters were not working in the top floor, there was no common living room, we had outside eating space but the day it rained we were forced to eat in our rooms. The stream is great fun and they have the option of eating there but that was dampened because of the dryness of the food. They suggested places to visit, most of which were good but some were horrible. The path to reach the hotel is about 120 m but is not well made at all. It is bumpy and steep and is filled with leeches. The boys who were serving us were great help and were warm and inviting.

No kitchen inside in morning breakfast only egg for nonveg and one day uppam and matar sabji and 2nd day channa sabji and dosa there is no fruit nothing is there and bread jam and butter. 2nd service management is not good if you pay 7000rs per day it is soo expensive seriously do not go as per photo only two villa and 8 rooms and river water very less nothing is there I am pure vegetarian not eating onion garlic also they gave me in breakfast without onion garlic egg curry seriously do not go in this price you get better place in wayanad One more important things I want to update first time I seen like this when we reached in hotel person came there he sign documents and asking first payment we already paid 50% in advance without room seen he asked full payment our lagged in our car only we r outside nd he asked full payment . This is pathetic

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
