        Basic Utility items are not kept in the room. Like TV remote, water kettle, towels etc. Every time needed to call them to ask for each item. They delivered those basic items but these basic items should be available in the room before guests checks in. In the new year the room rates are high but basic utility items are not available, is not acceptable by guests. Extra water not provided in jug. You need to buy the bottle every time. Staffs are staring guest like they did not get any basic training ever. Room has smoking smell all over when we checked in. Corridor has the similar smell most of the time. It’s just a simple budget hotel not 3 star. Food options near to hotel is so great

        Worst Parking Facilities Rude Behaviour of Reception Staff Ac not working for one full day and night still no regrets from them. Review likh do is the attitude from reception staff Combo Bfast is ok ok Housekeeping from hotel entry to restaurant is a mess. Floor is always wet and slippery. One more worse thing is many tiles are broken in the room and they are not worried to replace Not at all worth the money they are charging Reception informed that they will refund for the Ac not working, hopefully they realise and give good service in future

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
