The Deluxe Rooms offer the view of the valley. The windows open towards the east and offer you a great sunrise view in the morning. The rooms are fairly clean and the staff is quite friendly. The food is also good. All in all it is a fairly good place to spend your weekend away from the city’s hustle-bustle.

Location is quite beautiful. One can witness scenic view of valley from their deck . Breakfast is superb and tasty. Staff is polite. They have eco friendly environment. Parking has a good space. Need to just upgrade pool side area.

Am staying at the property as i write this review. Only thing upsetting now is repair renovation work, came to relax 2 days but drill machines and hammering most of day. Hotel should think about guests or close completely for repairs. Bit upset. Food is fair enough. Location good service average.

The service is very inconsistent. Food portions are inconsistent. Sometimes more and sometimes less. We gave up arguing as different people say different things. We were also told that baby food is complementary but nothing is complementary, which is ok, but don’t give wrong information. Rooms are large but ok feel. The only good part of the resort is the amazing view. That is incomparable. Rest not worth the money. Basically you pay for premium but get ok service.

Good for one time stay. Even if your dinner was complementary, any kind of drink was chargeable. While leaving the hotel I had to ask for a cab reference, the cab charged 4 times the usual rate as per Uber and OLA, must be some cut to the hotel. All other things were fine and staff helped whenever required.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
