        1. The hotel entrance had only a slippery slope, creating a safety hazard during rain. Guests with mobility issues should be aware of this. 2. Housekeeping was unprofessional, with no daily cleaning unless requested, and still, they performed a poor job. 3. Towels were not changed during our entire 4-day stay. 4. The staff's behavior seemed irritated and distressed. 5. The management incorrectly described a washable towel as property damage and charged us extra. 6. They overcharged us for water bottles without proper labeling. 7. A chair in the lobby area broke while a pregnant woman was sitting on it, posing a serious safety risk, and the management refused to take responsibility.

        We went for engagement of my cousin sister and the area where the occasion held was clean, nice and newly constructed and nice ambience. Serving of snacks was good. Waiters were kind and doing their job.Good experience overall.Good arrangement for small gatherings.

        Title: Disastrous Experience with Safety Concerns and Poor Service Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of disastrous, with several safety issues and poor service overshadowing the entire experience. The entrance to the hotel featured a slippery slope, which was particularly hazardous during rain and posed a significant risk to guests with mobility concerns. Housekeeping was unprofessional, cleaning rooms only upon request and doing a substandard job. To make matters worse, towels were not changed during our 4-day stay. The staff seemed constantly irritated and distressed, making our interactions with them far from enjoyable. The management charged us extra for a washable towel, wrongly labeling it as property damage, and overcharged us for water bottles without proper labeling. Both instances felt like attempts to exploit guests. The most alarming incident occurred when a pregnant guest faced a dangerous situation as a chair in the lobby broke. The hotel management refused to accept responsibility for this potentially life-threatening event, demonstrating a shocking lack of concern for guest safety. This stay was marred by these numerous issues, and we would strongly discourage others from staying at this hotel.

        A very nice place to stay in Dehradoon. Rooms are specious with a good view of the hills nearby.All meals were of good quality,hot and very very tasty. Staff were very courteous and respectful. If get a chance again, would love to stay in this hotel. Thanks and regards, B B Rishi

        Positive: 1) Well Maintained Rooms. 2) On main Sahatradhara road. 3) Comfortable beds. 4) Washroom had a hairdryer. 3) Hotel staff friendly & was found not in search of any tips which is a great behavior. 4) Restaurant is clean & nicely maintained. Area of Improvement: 1) Hotel needed to have the count as how many people check in a room & accordingly provide the toiletries. We checked in with 2 adults & 1 kid but by default the toiletries in washroom was only enough for one person only. 2) They can provide feet rug outside washroom which won’t force guests to use towels for that purpose once they come out after shower etc. 3) Avoid room no 319 as it does not have any windows. So, if you wish to enjoy outside view/sunlight lying on your bed then it’s not possible. Rather there is one additional door which opens to a sort of private balcony which can be accessible from outside of your room from the lobby of service lift area which means whatever you are doing in that balcony people who use service lift can see. Hotel needs to work on this issue. See attached pictures. 4) Beverage items like coffee/sugar sachets should not be expired. See attached pic of one sachet which was expired.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
