The hotel looks great and the staff are very courteous and nice. Had very high expectations from this place. Service is good but the rooms are very small. Really there is hardly any space around the bed in room. The bathroom is bigger because it has the wardrobe or shelf inside not in the room. But they didn't provide floor mat for the bathroom even after requesting. Had to ask for toiletries, first they said no and later one lady said yes will send it. Hot water doesn't come consistently even in middle position it's either very cold or very hot, not predictable. The rooms are actually old and can see the peeling and condition showing the age clearly. The layout of the hotel is very nice like a triangle inside with the central corridor and all rooms around. Complimentary breakfast is very nice and quality is good. But we need to ask for certain items and they bring it. Definitely not worth ₹4K per night. Would expect more spacious and luxury or interiors to be fresh.

Location is good and has decent parking facilities. Rooms are cozy and neat, but could be better at the price point. Service staff is also courteous and helpful. Only issue we faced is complete lack of Internet/wifi on first day due to full occupancy, which is not acceptable for this range of hotel.

Rooms were tidy, washrooms was an issue. Slippery floor and no floor mat or slippers. Was Basin broken and repair completely visible. Landline 📞 not working. I asked them about it and the Front Desk said that it was a maintenance issue. As they knew this issue beforehand, they could have got it fixed or changed my room but since l had prepaid the amount they had no intention of resolving these issues. Worst experience ever... M not gonna suggest this hotel to anyone... useless hotel..

Food was good, complimentary breakfast availed and me and my family were satisfied with it. They helped us with food for our Kids too.

Very bad hotel. We just checked-in and checked-out by looking at the hotel condition and rooms. I highly recommend people not to book this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
