I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and it was largely thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The housekeeping team kept my room spotless, and the restaurant staff provided top-notch service. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by this hotel's staff. It truly made my visit unforgettable.

"Everything about this hotel is fantastic. An Extremely convenient location. Hotel rooms are very stylish, roomy, clean and well-maintained with excellent service... Excellent staff and they were very accommodating to all requests. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. A big thank you to entire team of The Fern – An Ecotel hotel Vadodara for making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is overall okay. Even though we reached on time for the check in we were delayed by a group of students who were checking out or any other reason that the hotel staff may know better. The delay was more than half an hour and quite frustrating because of the noisy ambience due to the students which was not controlled. The rooms are not comfortable for 3 people and was not cleaned despite the hold up. The restaurant is spacious and the food is fine. Not a lot of options for ala carte or breakfast buffet. The idlis, vadas tasted obnoxious and were inedible. The staff seem to be new comers and are not well trained as they are almost confused at the time of taking orders. However the location of the hotel is good as within a mile lot of shops were available for shopping and almost all the local tourist spots are situation within few kilometres. Had an absurd experience half an hour before checking out... our room lock stopped functioning because the batteries in the room lock died. It took about 10-15 minutes for it to get fixed. The staff came in soon but appeared to be unaware of the problem. This is a first time we have experienced this sort of problem and was quite scary. Would not recommend this hotel for a stay of a 3-4 days. Since we were there for 1 day it did not matter and is ok.

The hotel is overall okay. The hotel overlooks a temple that makes a horrible amount of noise and plays religious music extremely loud that makes it hard to sleep or work. The most terrible hotel experience so far.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
