Absolutely loved the place! It is on Mall Road ( so in the middle of all the action). The rooms have been refurbished and the view from the room we had was unbelievable, we could see the sunset and had sunlight come in the entire day in the winters. We travelled with pets and having a room with sufficient sunlight was great! The food was below average- the evening high-tea was offered free, but sandwiches and cake seemed recycled. Same with breakfast- it was just okay, we preferred eating outside for rest of our meals. All in all- a good and comfortable stay.

I recently had an exceptional stay at Fern Brentwood, Mussoorie. The level of service provided was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The dining options surpassed expectations, offering a diverse and delectable menu. Not to mention, the exceptional service provided by Kamal Dhami, the waiter at the hotel's restaurant. His attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm elevated my dining experience. Overall, Fern exceeded my expectations, delivering a truly exceptional and indulgent hotel experience.

wonderful experience. One of the best hotels in state in staff are extremely friendly and the eight days we state was a bit the chef even asked what we wanted every day and made sure we got that the spread of dishes was excellent. Lots of choices to everyone involved will definitely come back and suggest to everyone who might visit Mussoorie that is were delicious chef Dhanveer wala made sure we got what we wanted. Thank you so much took 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The staff is extremely welcoming and convivial. Aside from the hospitality and the mall road location our stay here will be a cherished memory as this place is pet friendly. Even though there's no specific arrangement for pets instead we had to pay additional charges our furry kid could stay with us without any hassle for that alone I'll give the place multiple 5 stars. Nothing else matters... All else I choose to ignore and move on. Special mention to the staff - Nipin Pal from UP who waited on us.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
