        Not worth money spent. Not even centralized heater for Rs 16000/- a night. Worse is cannot rely on their service. Be double sure before booking any travel through their agent Mr Sanjay. He will call 100 times to get booking done at exorbitant price pushing to book fast as else prices will go up, will add taxes post facto (after agreeing to total produce initially) and once paid will not even provide bill after numerous follow-ups. If you are ready to spend so much, better get another good hotel whose management at least you can trust

        We the tour escort, bring this shot of big group and fit's to your Hotel, client don't know you, but we know you and bring clients, but waiting there for hours, but don't provide us glass of water, tea we don't expect, I don't like this. Especially I travel all the hotels in India, everywhere at least they asked us for tea, but you don't. Sorry to say I don't like this.

        Stayed with spouse for three nights in May. The room was kind of a suite, with separate sitting (or working) and sleeping sections. That helped my wife because she needed to get a fair amount of work done. I was on the first floor, so there were no views, just a lot of stray dogs barking all through the night (missed my earplugs terribly). The hotel really needs to work on providing decent WiFi. The area even has 5G, but it only seemed to work on the rooftop, probably because there are tall buildings all around. the breakfast was good. I enjoyed eating at one of the tables outside, watching people go by. The overall service was polite and competent if sometimes slow. But that could just be because of the rush. The hotel is very close to MG Market (the main reason I chose it), but the climb back up can be difficult for a lot of people. I was told one can get a cab from the other end of the market, but I couldn't find one. And walking was great indeed.

        The hotel is excellent. The first day I saw the hotel I was overwhelmed by their reception. The staff there at the reception Apeksha,Jeena and Shan received us very warmly. The room too was very cozy and clean. We were there in the hotel from Oct 30th 2023 to 2nd November 2023. The staff at the restaurant too were very sweet in attending and made us feel at home. Manita,Sanjana and Kushal to name a few. There were some more, Maybe I missed some names but during our stay I can say the entire team worked in unison. The food was excellent. South indian,north Indian anything,but mainly the food tasted good was served well. Hats off to the chef who was doing a good job. The ambience is so soothing,after a hard day's touring it feels good to come back to a clean bed and a very neat bathroom. Not to forget the spa, a bit expensive but the girls were too good. The massage relieved me of all my tiredness. For such tiny hands,they were very firm and good at their job. Value for money. A special word of appreciation for the chefs.... Neeraj,Prajval and Pratik. The food was excellent.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
