This is our second time staying at Fern Ranthambore and their warm hospitality is always the best in Ranthambore. The staff are willing, happy, go the extra mile, care about you and it shows in the little things. It is truly a gem in hospitality. For example, it is highly recommended to be greeted with a smile by the security supervisor as you enter the resort. Beautiful surroundings with bird watching, baby monkeys you can see from the front of the resort. This property made me feel like having another home in Ranthambore.

Excellent place to stay with your family. Rooms are spacious , services are good and food is amazing. The property is well maintained and hygienic. It's centrally located near Ranthmabore national park with all facilities near by. I will rate the stay here 5 star ⭐

We came to this hotel with hopes that it would be at least a mediocre half decent place but we were quickly proven wrong. Even the simplest things like hot water coming from the tap was limited and the room itself was not cleaned properly. The only thing even sustaining the hotel one star is the food (which is okay not the best) and the bathroom which is was not as bad just the poor functionality), and also the customer service which was pretty good. If you are considering this hotel I recommend you to think again and even if it’s a one night stay it’s a disgusting experience.

This is located approx 10-15 min drive forest reserve entry. Food is good but not very good. All meals have limited menu. Rooms are so so...quite good in terms space but furniture, fitting and bathrooms not very good...reasonably ok. At rent beyond 4k not at all justified.

It was very beautiful stay in this hotel. Rooms are very neat & clean , spacious bathroom. Enjoyed cultural programme in evening at hotel. Hotel is with forest theme & same is very beautiful, it makes u feel like stay in nature. Pool area was very nice & kids friendly stay. Staff was very cooperative .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
