        Absolutely horrible experience. Booked 2 rooms for a couple of nights. The hotel is under renovation but we were never notified of the same. Hence, most of the amenities were unavailable. There was heavy hammering and construction work going on throughout the day. The washrooms were in bad shape and rooms were pretty dark and shabby. The 1-star is because it is very conveniently located, and the breakfast is decent. Will highly recommend finding other suitable stays in the area. Won’t be returning whatsoever

        These people are inconsiderate! They wake up a guest at 7:45 AM in the morning to change their car parking and trouble them. There is no security guard at night or any signage about where to park or guide us. Avoid such type of stays where you would be disturbed unnecessarily. We parked our car at a proper parking space when we arrived at night. Kaku/Ram didn’t give me his name and lied to us about his name from front desk threatened us saying that the cops would tow-away our way car if we didn’t comply and ruined our day after waking us up.

        From all my Fern experiences this is the worst. Rooms not maintained properly, lots of wear & tear, same bed sheets used for both the days,no hot water in bathroom. Inspite of repeated request to look into the problem it was not solved. Management if you r reading this review you need a thorough check.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
