The staff are very obliging and helpful. The rooms are a decent size and comfortable. Really good showers and the towels are really soft. Breakfast is good except one day it took half an hour for our omelet to arrive. The location may be fine if you have business in the district but you needed transport to get to shops and restaurants.

Decent place to stay while passing through the city. The restaurant made good chicken curry and the breakfast was decent too. Parking was alright and there was valet as well. If you are looking for a less fringes pass through place, this does the job.

Started at this budget business hotel a few years back. Still about the same. Reasonable rates and decent maintenance. Nothing to complain. Food is quite good here!

This is the second time I'm staying here and the services are pathetic. Last time there were cockroaches all over the food counter and in the cutlery. This time I stayed in Room no 305 and the bed was not probably made and probably they didn't even change the bed linens. The runner was full of stains and even after informing they were least bothered to change the same. The staff of House Keeping never answer the call. The guy in the reception is clueless and least bothered. I complained that WiFi is not working on Sunday afternoon, but till Tuesday morning he didn't inform me. Today post lunch there was strong odor in the banquet hall ( Chat 24) and all the participants started coughing and sneezing and throat started burning. We all had to move outside the hall and conduct our meeting standing. I personally don't recommend this property

Service is very good. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Breakfast buffet is very good. Local market and mall is at walking distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
