The hotel offered a tidy, comfortable stay with large rooms and contemporary conveniences. We had a great time throughout our visit because of the attentive and kind staff. Easy access to well-liked activities and food options was made possible by the central position. The included breakfast added to the overall value of the stay with a range of delectable options. All in all, it was a beautiful lodging that went above and above our expectations.

As a solo male backpacker visiting Jaipur, I found The Fern Residency to be an excellent hotel choice during my time in the city. It had all the amenities to meet my needs at an affordable budget price. The room itself was modern, comfortable and most importantly - spotless. Having the complimentary WiFi and tea/coffee maker was clutch after full days out sightseeing. It was nice to have a clean, quiet space to recharge on my own schedule. The breakfast buffet was awesome to fuel up in the mornings before heading out. The staff were always very welcoming and helpful when I had any questions or requests as a solo guest. The location worked perfectly for me to explore top attractions in Jaipur either on foot or by using the convenient and cheap Ola rentals nearby. I also found the neighborhood around the hotel to be very safe during my time there. For any guys traveling solo through Jaipur and needing a well-located base with modern conveniences, I can't recommend The Fern Residency enough. It has an atmosphere amenable for independent tourists while providing services tailored surpassing backpacking standards.

Experience was lovely here, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, a good night's sleep was had. The breakfast was also to a good standard along with the room service. Check in was busy as many people were waiting in the lobby but not sure why. The check out was early and seemless. The only issue was the amount of time it took to receive laundry back. The rooftop pool and bar area gave great views of the city whilst providing a chilled atmosphere and was safe for the family.

The stay was very pleasant. The ambience the hospitality the rooms the cleanliness.. everything was upto the mark. Staff is very polite and helpful. Very near to Albert Hall museum and other sight seeing points. If you need a relaxed and comfortable stay.. please go there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
