The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful, they made our story so enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. I would like to thank Miss. Babita and Miss. Vaishali for caring and blissful service, you are not only friendly but also highly skilled. Both had done great job.

I have been to this hotel several times, following are some noteworthy reasons to go for this property: - (a) It has spacious rooms and lovely ambience within the hotel. (b) Highly competent, polite and hospitable staff in reception, kitchen, house keeping and Cafe ( Specially Ajay and Chandini- both are very enthusiastic and determined towards their duty). (c) Good nearby surroundings and places worth exploring. The hotel is Overall a good place to plan your stay and derive optimum satisfaction out of what you are paying.

The hotel is not properly maintained and requires some serious upgradation. The elevator, painting of the walls inside the room, cleaning of the windows, upgrading the old bathroom fittings, reparing or replacing old and broken tiles etc are some of the few things I will advise to the hotel. I also saw few cockroaches in the room. Buffet breakfast was also very ordinary. Poha was not upto the mark, bakery products like croissant looked old, nothing was hot except for the tea. The only silver lining was the nice staff, which was very helpful and saved the day for us.

I didn't have the good experience here interms of hospitality service is 0. Rooms aren't sound proof for sure, we can hear the voices clearly. On reaching the room more than half of the basic things were not present there which should have been there . I have to call again and again for it. They would provide you a 250 ml 2 water bottles on reaching that's it. So this was about the room condition then coming to the service, according to them if guest left mattress unclean with food stain or whatever emergency stuff they would stop you while leaving and make you wait for more than half an hour and ask for extra money charge saying that the mattress gonna be thrown up ( as if they don't have laundry lol) so you have to pay 1600 or more . They are already charging around 4k-4.5k per day still asking for this. So the experience here was pathetic. I am not going again or referring this hotel for sure.

Hotel location is good with Hospitality also very good. Mr Neeraj and Mr Bhuwan Singh Front office Manager is very polite .and service is very good. Wifi is good. Food is excellent. Ambients is good. Room clean in and ventilation wide good. I he'd breakfast in Cafe 104 to OSM it was my business trip everything is good thanks again to all of you ........

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
