Most staff don't speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Staff are friendly but seem to lack the basics of customer service. We had to repeatedly ask for the simple things as they just didn't do them by default (like fresh towels, bottled water, toilet paper). Water in the building even cut out completely one morning but luckily we showered just in time. The bathroom fan was also really loud, so much so that I thought I was in an airplane toilet. Worse, the fan seemed to be centrally controlled for all the rooms as there was no way for me to turn it off. Design and safety flaws everywhere. I tripped while going into the lift as for some of crazy reason there's a step right in front of the lift (not even a message to mind your step or anything). Also the rooms are small whilst the hallways are really wide (odd design choice). Could have used all that space to make the rooms bigger and more comfortable. The dining area was nice though, the one good thing. Overall, barely a 3 star hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean, bright, well kept rooms. Service was good except that most of the staff don't speak English. Food was pretty good. The location is very close to the highway but we fortunately got a room with a decent view facing the other direction

Rooms were clean. Food was good. Security was questionable. Found our rooms open after the staff cleaned it in the morning. Room service was very slow. Did not get response after several calls at the reception for water and tea. Not quite the experience we expected of FERN

Drawbacks: 1) most of the service staff seemed to be confused - you ask something, they give some other thing 2) bucket and mug are not provided in the bathrooms - you have to ask for them. I asked them: most of your guests are Indians, and most Indians require bucket and mug for taking bath. Their answer was: we have limited stock of buckets and mugs! I felt that it was a wrong management policy 3) I requested them to change my room the next day, after I went out. They shifted my things and upgraded my room. But, they left the AC and lights on. It is such a waste of non-renewable energy! Positive points: 1) breakfast spread was satisfactory in the buffet

Breakfast is not good in taste and needs to improve quality. Suzi Upma was half cooked and looked liked sticky paste, chhole and paratha was also not prepared properly. Should add more options in breakfast. I had stayed few years back in same property and that time food and stay was superb. But it seems gradually there is degradation in food quality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
