        I didn’t even check in the hotel complete hotel was empty just to grab some extra money they marked it as sold out in apps and also they don’t know how to handle front desk me being from hospitality background this is very pathetic experience it shouldn’t be listed on any of the websites A BIG NO TO HOTEL WOODLAND

        Very Poor Service. There is someone Mr Ramdas who is at counter and looks after bookings. Once you pay the amount at counter & if you start chatting with him, he then starts counting all negative sides of the hotel, his owner & tries to justify the poor service part. This I felt very bad & so I checked out next day immediately & I told him that the hotel service is very poor but he was just shameless & told that what to do no one stays in hotel due to their owners nature of salary deduction of persons on small small matters like late coming, person takes leave & so on. I told him that why we have to listen for such stories. You could gave told this before taking money from me but there was no answer. I would therefore not at all recommend to stay in this hotel.

        The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Decent enough rooms keeping the price in mind but the hotel manager is a South Indian guy who has no decency of talking to men or women. He was shouting at the lady who was with me to the extent where I had to call the police. And what’s worse is that the hotel staff or owner took no action and nor did anyone react. I’ll recommend everyone never to opt in for their hotel. Their checkin and checkout times are different on the app and at the hotel as well.

        Worst experience ever. Network issues in some rooms, poor wifi network, Dabba TV is just for the formalities, unprofessional staff specially person sitting at the counter is worst one. NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
