With its existence dating back to an era of British Rule, the resort withholds the remnants of past as means of architectural ventures. Marking its boundary in a convenient spot, the resort is easily accessible by excellent rail and road connections. The resort is at a reachable distance of 31 Kms from Khed Railway Station, 230 Kms from Mumbai, 190 Kms from Pune. Strolling from the resort for a distance of about 15 minutes, one can find the untouched beaches that radiate nothing but tranquility around. The Fern Samali Resort undoubtedly offers a haven which is worthy of rejuvenation. To further enjoy your stay at the resort, the lively surroundings offer various tourist attractions like Dolphins Sighting, water sports at the various beaches in and around Dapoli such as Murud Beach, Ladghar Beach, Kolthare Beach etc. and the sight of Heritage temples such as Keshavraj Temple, Chandika Devi Temple, Kadya varcha Ganpati etc. and Historical forts like Suvarnadurg Fort, Gova Fort, Light House at Harne. Loved the stay at Fern Samali. The property itself is amazing and well maintained. That topped with flavourful meals by Chef Manoj and the ever so friendly smiling faces of Pratiksha, Riya and Muskan ensuring we have everything we need makes the stay even more comfortable. Definitely a must-go resort. Wouldn't mind repeating the stay myself:)

One of the best property on Dapoli. The service and food specially Ala-carte was great. Cleanliness and maintenance was top notch. On the down side the bathroom in the cottages could be better. They are pet friendly but they charge for the pet 1000 per day which is not justified. Overall a very good hotel to spend at least couple of days with family.

I have stayed along with my family and cousins. Enjoyed every moment there. Good food, good service, friendly staff, good infrastructure. Very unique location and very quiet place. Nearby sightseeing's are little bit far away from this location. You would require a vehicle. The resort is spread in a very huge plot. Lots of greenery in and around. Varieties of rooms and cottages are available as per your need. Every room has a balcony with different views. Even you can spend the whole day at the resort without going out. Must visit once.

Wonderful relaxing time at Samali, definitely worth every penny! The Sunrise room was my favourite and the Sunset rooms were also great, thank you for having us😊 hoping to come back again here soon. Don’t think just book it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
