Great room, great food, great staff. Areas to improve: improve WiFi speed and connectivity. Provide more toiletries and at least 2 towels for double occupancy. Thanks

Would have given them 5 stars!! But got severe food poisoning, and the only food i ate during the 3 day stay was at the in-house restaurant.. they really need to check the quality of food being served, as they charge a lot of money for the room and food.. don’t think I’ll ever stay here again, as my confidence in them serving quality food is shattered!! Plus the receptionist didn’t even help when i asked them about nearby pharmacies.. i was worried i might have to stay an additional day to recover, but they simply said we cant let u stay in the room for additional day as its already booked for the next guests! Otherwise view from the room was great (Fern club room) and the attitude of staff was nice, but stay at your own risk, and bring medicines for food poisoning if you do take the risk..
