Hi, Very recently I have stayed in this property for 2 nights with my family. I strongly believe that people/staff and their service attitude makes a difference between a bad and good hotel and people own this place have rightfully earned 5 stars in all aspects. Highly recommend to those who are travelling with family & friends and looking for some peace and intended to avoid overcrowded streets. Lastly very warm people and thank you for hosting us.

We had an amazing experience at The Firn Villa. From the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate room and excellent facilities, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The staff, particularly [Staff Member Mr. Kalish], went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Our family enjoyed specially my 6 years daughter and 9 years son, and found the hotel's location convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The dining options were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect. Overall, The Firn Villa provided exceptional value for money, and we can't wait to return. Thank you for making our stay truly special.

To all the pet parents out there, this is one of the best let friendly hotel we have came across in Nainital. We would definitely recommend this property if you are planning to visit Nainital. We travelled with our family and our fur baby, on the peak Christmas time. They offered us a separate 2bhk type setup closer to the hotel as we were 4 people and I must say the rooms were quite nice. There was enough space for our pet to roam around. Hotel staff was generous and they responded to all our queries and concerns in a few minutes. They made sure our stay was comfortable. We had our breakfast included and it was quite delicious. We even had dinner in the hotel and it was really tasty and fresh (must try their paneer butter masala). They have the pick and drop facility to Mall road from the hotel without any extra cost. Kailash Ji, really helped us with bookings and addressing all our needs, be it separate blankets, room heaters etc. Neeraj ji was also quite friendly, he even played a birthday song for our fur baby on his birthday. You can roam around the hotel with your pet. The location is quite calm and beautiful. You can even have a bonfire there. I am really in love with the vibe. Thank you for making our stay so seamless and amazing. We will visit soon.

We had a wonderful Stay in Fern Villas Nainital , it was our family trip we really enjoyed the place, there is enough space to sit around, in the evening they organised bonfire for us with Light music, food was delicious, staff is very cooperative, rooms was neat and clean, they also give pick and drop to the Mall Road, that's the best part because there is very big issue of parking in Nainital. Best place to enjoy your vacation far from the hustle. We would love to visit again Thank you Fern Villas Team.

Fern Villas Nainital, guys trust me it's a very beautiful Property located in a very peaceful area of Nainital , this is our Third time here , service is up to the mark , it's a premium boutique hotel. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
