Our stay at Flora Residency had its highs and lows. The hotel offers a buffet system for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we found the dinner hours to be quite strictly adhered to, with service ending promptly at 10:30 pm. Unfortunately, on one occasion, we arrived 10 minutes past 10:30 pm and were politely denied access to the buffet despite our requests. We attempted to contact the senior staff member multiple times, but unfortunately, our calls went unanswered. While we understand the importance of maintaining schedules, a bit more flexibility in such situations would have enhanced our overall experience. We appreciate the hotel's commitment to punctuality but suggest a more accommodating approach, especially when guests encounter unforeseen delays.

Rooms were good, breakfast was also yummy. But one thing they should do is pest control in all the rooms,roaches roam around here and there. Except that everything was good.👍

There is no option for 10 otherwise I had given 10 ratings. It's such a nice hotel I lived there for 3 days they had given me the biggest room of the hotel and the staff are also very polite. The bathrooms and room keeping service is also nice and the location of the hotel is near the beach. They also gave us free breakfast and the taste of breakfast is very delicious and people complaining about the cockroaches but I became tired in finding cockroaches There are no cockroaches in the room and the hotel is also well maintained and the staff gave us no chance to complain they also gave us iron on request such a nice and cheap hotel ever in Callangute.

There is no option of 0 rating otherwise i would have selected the same. Given 1 as there is no option of giving 0 rating. We stayed here for 3days 3 nights and the stay was pathetic. Following are the points —- 1) During our checkin we waited for 2 hrs as room was not ready. They are writing 2pm checkin time and we reached around 2 and we got the room at 4pm. 2) All rooms are not hygienic and there was cockroaches in the room 3) Bad smell in the room 4) Chairs were broken in the room 5) Food was pathetic 6) Staff behaviour is also bad and no response. Few boys only good. 7) All their managers and sales managers dont come to meet or discuss anything 8) During checkin time we cleared everything but still during checkout time they are charging unnecessary charges and asking to pay extra. Overall it is not good for Family to stay apart from location nothing was good. Overall 0 rating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
