With best rooms with a nice lobby and also the seating area at every floor is lovely. The staff was welcoming but don’t expect a very professional service, it’s the only budget hotel with a decent room in the area. Got a steal deal at 2800 which was totally worth it. The location is great you can find the market in walking distance also the hotel itself has a cozy coffee shop.

Kids were just roaming around in restaurant and manager wanted them to sit at one place. Kids were not doing anything to anyone. Food was also not good, everything was spicy. They add extra mirchi in food so that the everything in buffet is less consumed. Bad place

This is a best hotel in this city. I would like to do everything is proper managed. Well behaved staff and more facilities in the chip price. I appreciate this hotel because this is my personal experience.

I checked in this morning with family. Since evening there was temporary disruption in water supply. Then after 9.30 pm there was no water. Now at 11.30 pm there is Hotel manager and receptionist. One room service person is trying to take help of plumber to find the reason. no rooms has water. The room service person doesn’t know the reason. Total irresponsible management and owners. Service and guest care should improve more. Room cleaning is not good

No.1 worst hotel. Charging around 4000 per night. But there is no proper response and staff behaviour is not a professional. Don't stay this hotel. The don't have buffet breakfast so for small orders you have to wait more than 20 min. If you ask them to do the recharge for TV channel, they asked you the subscription charges from you. Matter of 19 rupees.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
