Hotel location is nice , rooms very decent and clean , deluxe room have very nice view , food is delicious, room service is fast . The receptionist is polite and very helpful , hotel staff is very helpful, room size is specious. Room have good view . My trip is amazing and stay was very memorable. Thanks the gateway Dalhousie

I will try to be as unbiased as I can considering a little inconvenience I faced at this property. So I will begin with pros of it. Pros: 1)located amidst lush jungle away from the hustle bustle of the market. 2) secluded, no other hotels and market place near by 3) rooms were spacious, clean and pleasant to look at. 4) staff was extremely courteous. Despite the hardship that the region offers, they tried their best to provide us with a comfortable stay. Cons: 1) approach road is the biggest drawback of this hotel(have attached a picture) if you are travelling with babies or toddlers or senior citizens, a big no for this hotel. There's a small trek from the main road to reach the hotel and its quite steep at places. 2) rooms, although clean had doors that were jammed and took a great effort to open and shut them. My 9 y/o daughter couldn't do it on her own 3) food. Sorry chef but the food was below average. Breakfast was made to order. Dinner as well. Food was fresh and hot but the taste was extremely below average(again, taste is a very subjective thing)

5 stars is all for Bittu Sharma, one of the staff members at the hotel. He was the kindest person I have met and he provided us with the best hospitality. He cooks great food as well. But the hotel management could do better in cleanliness of the rooms.

One of the most amazing resorts i have been to. The location of the resort is superb and the last 400m meters drive to resort is full of adventure. The rooms are well maintained and a proper play area for kids si also there to enjoy. Great service was provided during our stay by Mr. Chaman lal and he was always available a call away. Kudos to his efforts in making our stay comfortable. The food is delicious and utmost care is taken of hygiene and guests privacy.

The service is good and the staff is good but the location is on peak which tiring if you have senior citizens or had hectic day of travel. If they arrange for a car at base for transport of tourists and maintain hygiene and ambience, they are worth trying.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
