The cleanliness of my room was truly remarkable. The housekeeping person Ms.Mani .S she maintained a level of cleanliness that exceeded my expectations. Every corner of the room was spotless. I was impressed by the meticulous attention to detail. From neatly arranged toiletries to the perfectly made bed, it was evident that the housekeeping staff takes pride in their work. Special appreciation for Ms.Mani (House keeping)she did her job by whole hearted 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

Goa is passé… Visakhapatnam rocks! Had a really good time with family! Most courteous staff ever especially at the GAD restaurant. They love what they do! Great food, both Ala carte and buffets. Stayed in the Executive room with partial sea view.

Service is excellent. All service staff are very helpful and courteous. Food is excellent. Just rooms are not at the par of 5 star hotel. Highly recommended.

Worst Taj property I have been to, in terms of hospitality and service. We requested an early checkin and instead got a late checkin by an hour, all the while hearing the same message that it is going to be 5 more minutes. No callbacks and no explanations while we just waited after every call for those 5 mins to be over for 2 good hours. No complaints about the beach view except the windows were so dirty that I got a blurry view through the stay. Restaurant is unnecessarily expensive. Spa is okay. Overall, not the experience I was looking for.
