This hotel has very good ambience. They serve you a very good quantity of food. But only thing I didn't like was the less variety of food in breakfast buffet. Though taste of food was sooooo good.

Stayed at Gaur Hotel, Chandigarh, and while the spacious rooms and commendable service were noteworthy, the dining experience fell short. Despite staff recommendations, the food was underwhelming, leaving a disappointing taste. Additionally, the restaurant's high dining cost did not align with the culinary experience. We had booked a room for family of three. The stay is very nice, comfortable and upto the standards. The staff here is always there to help you out just a call away. We had ordered dinner, the food was delicious and more than enough quantity. Overall the entire stay was very comfortable.

“Have guts to speak truth @Amarjeet” I went there to book a hall for my son Bday party and met with their Manager Amarjeet. He gave me estimate and the very next day I called him and told that we have finalised the guest list & want to confirm my booking. He told me to visit them to discuss in detail,since I had office till 7:30 Pm so I asked his availability . He confirmed that he would be available till 9 pm And when I went there this guy Amarjeet behaviour was so shocking He behaved like , He never met me before and we never discussed anything over the call. And said Hall is already booked. I understand being a sales person if you guys got any other client with big strength. You will give it preference but At least have guts to speak truth and admit yes we were in discussions but some other client came and they booked it or you could have informed me over the call because we were already in discussion. So guys be aware , I wish this incident won’t happen with anyone. May God bless you all

There is a ring ceremony and we have booked hotel for it. But dj guy don't have working internet connection it might due to hotel careless fault about internet that they don't have any backup related to it totally disappointed 😔☹️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
