        My recent experience was unfortunately marred by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the staff. Despite having high expectations for a pleasant vacation, the staff's demeanor fell far short of acceptable standards. Their attitude was consistently rude, leaving a lasting negative impression on our entire stay. I would caution future guests against expecting quality service from the staff .The lack of hospitality and courtesy seriously detracted from what should have been an enjoyable experience. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction, and I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues to prevent others from encountering similar disappointments. Consider alternative accommodations to avoid the unnecessary stress and frustration caused by the staff's demeanor.

        One of the business /leisure mixed use hotels on the promenade. They love their full paying leisure guests, and not so much the business guests who provide regular business. Funnily, this was told to me by their front office staff, Nirbhay. Rooms used to be nice, now not so well maintained. Mattresses have sunk and are lumpy. Breakfast is decent, though the service is super slow. The chef is always open to special requests.

        A new resort, good view of the sea. A small problem with pool side view rooms is that one can look into the rooms from the outside (there is an automatic curtain that can slide down). Don't know why they have kept it to open automatically as soon as one enters the room and closes once you leave the room. Another net curtain could have helped a bit. Good sitting area near the window. One can easily access the promenade from the parking area

        We went to their restaurant. They promote themselves as the best Italian restaurant. I had the most horrible italian over there. Who puts cauliflower in the pasta? Who takes 1hr to prepare pasta or pizza. Highly overpriced with no service and no taste.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
