We had a great experience, service & food is excellent, the location is little off road & was hard to locate initially, so the signs could have been better on the roadside so it would be easier to find. Staff is really excellent, we were little disappointed with fire dance as we could not see the final main act, as there were not enough guests & it was abandoned by the performers. The morning and afternoon tea time is too short it can be extended by at least half an hour so the guests can mingle with each other & share their experiences & have a little chat. All in all great experience & great environment

Karma always sells its product saying that their resorts are of 5*. There cannot be any further lie in this statement. Except Haathi Mahal, all other resorts seems to be of 2 or 3 stars. Golden Camp Resort in Jaisalmer is in the desert, so you cannot obviously expect 5* accommodation. We were accommodated in Cottages. Pros: 1. The ambience, it is serene and quiet. 2. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Cons: 1. Expect sweage smell as soon as you enter the washroom. 2. Dim lights, good for romancing, but if you drop anything on the floor, try finding it out and will have real fun. 3. Outside the room, in the porch area, pegion droppings are not cleaned. 4. No arrangement for the drivers' accommodation even in a tent. 5. Behaviour of the Front Office staff with the drivers is rude. 6. No TV in the cottages. 7. There is arrangement for singing by the local artists around the bonfire, but artists quality was far below the average even. 8. When you settle the bill and leave, no body comes to say "Good bye, come again", because they know that given a chance, the Karma members will never return there.

Best tent I’ve EVER seen... Unforgettable experience We went here for The Diwalis Eve. We stayed one night in these tents and its a treat one should gift. The best is tents are located in desert all over the place, Ours was the farthest room and that gave us the feel of desert truly. All you can see is dark night, Stars, a few lanterns to guide your way and sand all around. Though its safe. Amongst it was our tent. Very spacious, Cozy, Beautiful Rooms Though there's no intercom but Their service is just a ring away. The resort was beautiful lit in evening, well decorated, and they served non- alcohol as their welcome drink. thats a treat in itself. Diwali evening was well planned with camp fire, drinks, some traditional music and a nice rajasthani dinner to delect. The resort looked alluring. On special request, they made yummy Chilli Paneer. Really appreciate their Staff hospitality. Food- Good Buffet dining. Breakfast was good. Location- 5 stars Maintenance- Great Rooms- 5 Star Overall- It is expensive, but if money can buy happiness. Travel, Spend, and Enjoy. There's lot to explore

Staff there is very helpful. And they take care of all your needs. Food served at night in dinner is nice basic Rajasthani food. Tents are also clean with lizard being occasional visitor. Try to reach after 5 pm as the place gets cooled by then. I'm sure this is best place for desert camping in Jaisalmer. Overall a nice experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
