        This is a terrible hotel with very bad service. You can find better options in Gangtok for what they are. The room service is terrible and the hotel is not well kept. The restaurant is veg. And not many options. The guy in the front desk is busy arranging cabs for the tourist and making money for himself. Why he quotes to the tourist is double and more of the actual a cab fellow would. He does not have time for the guest. You will be better off sleeping in your car than staying here. The only thing going for them is that it is on the highway.

        Rooms were good and spacious, stayed in a premium suite, with valley view, comparing the price it justifies the value, not too luxurious, but above average, food taste was ok, it's restaurant is pure veg , parking space is available and it's besides the main road, bit of maintenance is required, overall a pleasant stay experience.

        This hotel was hugely disappointing both in terms of location and basic facilities. I booked the Premium Mountain View room. The AC didnt work, the wifi on our floor didnt work, they didnt provide face towels or floor towels, bathroom lights flickered on and off. The toilet spray was broken replaced by a dirty one (see pic below). The location is way down in Gangtok. There are far better hotels higher up in Gangtok at similar prices. Only saving grace - the staff was very helpful and good and the kitchen was decent.

        The hotel is near Deorali Bazar Taxi stand beside NH 10. Location is convenient as one can easily get a cab to visit MG Marg or other places within city. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are well behaved. Complementary breakfast was simple and tasty. Hotel serves only veg food. Food options are limited and costly. WiFi was not working in rooms.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
