        I had a nice time at the Gordon House Hotel. Rooms were very clean, and the food was great. They have a nice restaurant downstairs, with a variety of food. Staff were very kind and helpful all the time. If you are looking for a place in the colaba market area, the Gordon House Hotel is a great option.

        Great location, lovely staff. The room size is good but the showers' is not...the plastic curtains are a put off. All stir fry restaurant is quite enjoyable too; be aware that their portion sizes are large!

        We arrived at Gordon House Hotel a day later than our actual arrival date, owing to a terribly delayed and frustrating travel. On mentioning this to the staff, there was zero empathy shown by the staff at the reception. More over we requested for our complimentary breakfast that we missed be compensated by another meal, let alone on trying to see if this was doable - we were outright told that this is not possible as the breakfast is not free. The room is just about okay, with torn decor and quite unclean curtains and linen. The only likable aspect is the location of this hotel, it's situated between Cafe Mondegar and Bademiyan. Colaba causeway and Taj are barely 5 minutes walking distance. The staff at the reception must go through the much required customer service and hospitality training.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
