What sets them apart is their service which is top notch. We were a group of 11 people, and due to unforeseen circumstances we reached the hotel at 1:30 in the morning for check-in. Even at this odd hour the check in process was quick and seamless. We had ordered food on our way to the hotel which they kept ready before their kitchen closed at 11pm. Upon request they heated the food for before sending to our rooms. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate 4 people. The rooms and toilets were super clean. Hot water is available throughout the day. Food quantity (gravy) is less however it was very tasty. Their complimentary breakfast spread also had decent options and everything was very tasty. They only serve veg food. It's only a 10 min drive from Somnath temple and transportation is easily accessible. Our stay was excellent thanks to their hospitality.

Our stay at Grand Daksh was limited for 1 night and we had checked in some time during lunch. The room was nice and had a good view of their hotel property. They even provided us with a free upgrade which was very kind of them. The lunch and dinner menu options were nice and the food plus the service was nice too. What set them apart was their see through kitchen as well as an option for guests to visit their kitchen and storage as a surprise visit anytime. I loved the claim which depicts their commitment to provide their guests with hygienic and clean environment. They even have a pool and garden space. A good stay when in Somnath. They need to probably enhance the speed of their in room housekeeping service requests and to enhance the complementary breakfast options with comparable service at that time. We thought it was slightly slow. Overall it was a nice stay.

Worst experience at hotel. There was a marriage function and entire hotel was booked. So at night we request for extra mattress. Mr. Yash at reception clear ignored we cant give more then 2. We request him due to medical situation we need. Then also he was like it rule i cant give. So if there is no humanity by the staff. Then no matter how room is how food is. Clearly ignore such hotel.

My family visited Somnath mandir and we reserved a room in Hotel Grand Daksh on ourselves. The room was neat and clean. Service was good. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The visitors can blindly stay in this hotel. Worthy and peaceful to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
