Check in process was very easy even as an international traveler. Food was also great (breakfast was included in our package). Rooms were newly renovated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only thing is that I wish the switches had labels since there is so many. Overall great experience.

They provided us with great stay and comfortable surrounding. The services are also really good. The rooms are really well maintained and the staff is also very humble and helpful. The ambience and vibe of the hotel is great... A place worth your money if you are looking for comfortable stay in Diu.

The hotel is cozy and comfortable for families. Pros : Mid range as per price. Comfortable rooms & large room. Staff behaviour is amazing. Reachable easily. Near by government wine shop. Market is very near by. Cons: Room service is slow. Food taste is not good. In this price of rooms there is nothing in breakfast. Less options in breakfast and everything was very cold. Smell in room due to near by beach and fishing ships.

TGH is a nice place First impression ..great place..good value for money. It was the only place which offered a single room for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All other places we checked online allowed only 2 per room. Here we were able to stay together as a family. The management arranged 2 individual mattresses. Hence all of us slept comfortably. The bathroom was neat and we were provided with additional towels as we were 4. The people at the reception were quick and friendly and nice The location was centrally located.. at easy distance from all places Overall we would stay here again. Only negative..TV remote in presidential suite did not work.

Nicely located hotel with excellent amenities. Rooms were quiet spacious and aesthetically laid out. The room had a large balcony which made the stay enjoyable. Staff response was quick and good. Must recommended to everyone coming to Diu.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
