I wish I could have given a negative rating. Booked a king size bed room, they were alotting twin beds placed apart to a couple. Everybody at reception is very cold. Phones don’t work, rooms had bad smell we entered. Food is not available after certain hours, even at the room. It’s a joke hotel they are running, I should have trusted on the bad earlier reviews on make my trip and Google reviews. Food is not good as well. It was just 500 Rs less than other hotels like Ramada and it ruined my day. They lie as well that before closing the breakfast they called 4 times to my room, I was in my room sitting on bed next to the phone. Room pillows are very uncomfortable as well, got slight ache in the neck.It is too thick and heavy than usual. Not at all worth it for this price. Don’t go for it.

I had arranged my son’s reception at the Banquet hall two days ago. The Hotel, I chose because of the quality of food they had carved out earlier and they certainly didn’t disappoint. The food was outstanding and my appreciation to the chef ( Basant) for making all the guests extremely happy. I also am very happy with the service and rooms at the hotel with Dominic and his team being highly efficient and effective. Thankyou Magrath 🙏

I visited this hotel for an exhibition - product launch. The location is very good and prominent. They have several banquet halls of various sizes besides staying rooms. Reasonable rates. Menus are good and usually buffet spreads are impressive. The have one roof top restaurant which offers lovely ambience to the diners. The good is good. Service prompt and courtious. Although have not stayed here, it was Overall a good experience.

Was in this hotel for two days to attend a wedding and reception hosted inside this hotel. One of the events of the wedding was organized on the terrace of the hotel during noon time for couple of hours with scorching sunlight, hotel had hardly any cover for the guests attending the event. Guests had to bear the bad sunlight and headache due to the heat. Average hotel.

Had visited for a birthday party in the roof top. Decent place- open area and closed space for small gatherings. Valet parking was available and well maintained property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
