Conveniently located just 2 km from the iconic Lotus Temple and a manageable 16 km from the Indira Gandhi International Airport, the hotel offers accessibility for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms and suites, though unfussy, provided a comfortable stay. Flat-screen TVs were available in all quarters, and some rooms boasted elegant marble floors. The simplicity added to the overall charm. The 24/7 room service was a notable convenience, ensuring that any need was met promptly. The hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was elegant, spacious, and modern, with a king-sized bed, a fireplace, a smart TV, and a minibar. The bathroom was luxurious and had a rain shower, a heated floor, and a bidet. The staff was very professional and friendly, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The breakfast was served in the restaurant and had a wide range of dishes. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar and the fitness center. The hotel was a superb choice and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York.So I make it as 5 starts.

of the best hotels I have visited recently is this one. It boasts one of the best views. The overall staff is polite and helpful, but the restaurant service staff isn't very attentive to customers. At least, I didn't have a very pleasant experience during my three-day stay with them. For instance, I constantly had to remind about my order and ask for even drinking water and often needed to wait. Additionally, the restaurant staff seemed to focus only few customers on a few limited tables all the time and did not attend to all the tables adequately to check on the needs. I think hotel management should look at it seriously. Else I would have rated 5 rating for service.
