        Worst hotel -cockroaches -no services -rude employees - dirty bathrooms - useless door locks -dirty bedsheets - all the hair from the previous customers over the pillows -smelly rooms - They give u a deal for 2 days and ask to pay full amount as per their policy and then the next day comes back ask you to pay double money or get lost Never ever visit this hotel. Worst experience. I don't have any of my hotels. U idiots I was ur customer whom u have not served well. No basic courtesy to take feedbacks. Improve ur services rather than making excuses

        We never had an worst experience anywhere. we booked through agoda platform ND made online payment, one day earlier we made a call to confirm check in time to receptionist one lady has picked the call ND confirmed the timing. When we gone in person That lady the next day told , it's not her who spoked earlier day and told there hotel has broke tie up with agoda, and made us to wait for more than 3 hrs Atlast we fought and got a room whereas the room was not cleaned, even bed covers where not changed, bathroom were so dirty. Kindly don't waste ur hard earned money by booking this hotel, the lady in receptionist has worst attitude, inspite of knowing English she spoke only through state language.

        The food was OK. Ordered chicken mughlai. No other rotis were available than rumali roti. The taste can be much improved. The service was not good. Late serving. Had to wait more than half an hour after giving the order. The ambience is amazing though.

        Myself Sukumar Reddy. I am a doctor. The hotel is some what good. But the male manager (in my point of view he is not a manger, he is just like ward boy) he is tall and weight , his name I don’t know but his behaviour is too worst. He is not obidient to customers. He dont know how to talk with customers. He is very bad and stupid guy… actually I was really so frustrated one day. My anger goes to peeks level, but I just rubbed him. He is very very worst hindi guy. So my kind rqst is if u have to improve ur hotel income and for good reviews in google. Pls take out his job form ur hotel.. And the female manger is so polite, humble she is replying in smile way.. she is very good

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
