We had stayed here for 2nights had booked 2 rooms. Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious with comfortable bed. The resort was well maintained with greenery. I guess the manager Mr shiva& his son they were very helpful. Always helped us & provide us everything we asked for with smile We had booked resort green Casa but we checked out from there after staying one night. Next day while looking for other resort we came across this resort & booked it immediately. The food was very tasty . It was near to the market area also

Verbatim from the Conversation. Me - Hi, There is no mention about room heater being charged extra at the venue while booking Poojitha - You have booked through agoda, its your repsonsiblity to check with us before coming. Me - Any third party vendor that you are associated with you, you abandon your guest without instructions!? Poojitha - Not our problem, you should have checked for hidden costs (Heater in a room in a hill station with single degree temperatures) THIS in my 25 years of travelling is the most dumb hospitality that i have experienced and this was a wedding gift to a couple assuming they are good. Definitely not recommending just for the attitude!

Its an old colonial bungalow turned into a hotel.. lots of parking place and is located in the heart of the city in a noisy area.. Also has a famous restaurant attached to the property serving authentic tamilnadu style non-vegetarian food... Loved the food .. probably one amongst the top 5 restaurants in ooty for non-vegetarian cuisine...

In room dining option and menu card needs to be there. Else it gets a bit difficult when traveling with children, and when it rains. Property and location were very good. A couple of persons were helpful and communicable, whereas other staff were less helpful and didn't make much effort to communicate better. Parking lot is decently big, so that would not be a problem

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
