Had an excellent family stay. Extremely helpful staff. The location is central. Good food and the prices won't pinch you and the portion sizes are big. There is parking available if you rent a cab or have a car. Though one odd observation I was told that in room tea coffee won't be served in morning time as it is available in the complimentary buffet and I can have it at the buffet. Infect I told the person that I'm asking for a paid service. Maybe this point needs to be taken care of. Rest all good.

It's just an awesome stay. Rooms are super clean equivalent to 5 star resorts.The hotel staffs and managers were so friendly. listen to our requirements and provide the best they can. We booked for a group of 24 people they arranged everything perfectly. Highly recommended for families, group trip, friends trip... go for it without second thought... special mention to the food such a tasty foods... location also near to the lake easily reachable to many places...

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Hamuse during Christmas for two nights. The rooms were impeccably neat, and the quality of linens provided added to the overall comfort. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of the owner, Mr. Senthil. His warm greetings and genuine concern for our comfort made our stay memorable. Mr. Senthil went above and beyond by surprising our child with a freshly baked brownie, showcasing a level of personalized care that is truly commendable. Additionally, he went above and beyond when, arriving late without having had lunch, he arranged a sumptuous meal for us, despite the restaurant being closed upon our request. The location is in the heart of the town at a walkable distance from lake, garden etc. I highly recommend Hotel Hamuse for its inviting atmosphere and the owner's dedication to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience.

The hotel provided excellent service with a friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. However, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the restaurant's washroom. Valet parking is available, with distinct spaces for hotel guests and restaurant visitors. The view from the room may not be exceptional due to the hotel's central town location, which is beyond the hotel's control.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
