It must be a go to place for you if visiting Dhanulti/Kanatal, everything was perfect the Ambiance, The rooms, the food , Breakfast was really good. Moreover they make it fresh if you order anything. There are many options for veg and nonveg both.

The location is very good but the rooms are dated. Service is good but in rush time the staff and resources are under pressure and shortage of resources can be felt. Overall the property is good. Food served is tasty.

Pathetic experience (19 October 2023) !! Owner is an arrogant man, after deciding the tariff and the room with the owner himself (as the manager was not there) our luggage was moved to the room by the staff. After having our breakfast, while we were leaving for our work the owner asked us "how are you into that room" like seriously?? He himself told us the fare of the room we were accommodated but who cares !!! He had an argument with us for over an hour despite we being the locals of uttrakhand (God save those from different states from this man!)....after each line he was shouting " don't tell me this or that my property my property my property .... my passion my passion my passion ". He was shouting so loud that even miles away his voice could be heard...we had to face humiliation for over an hour and that to because of he himself and his miscommunication with his staff. Worst experience because of this old arrogant man !!

Pathetic! Today I would like to inform everyone about this khandarr motel! I booked a room in this so called hotel on a special occasion my finances birthday. And after reaching we couldn't find the entry. Later got to knew that a small gate is the one from wer we hv to entre. Some how we entered inside and the vibe was weared not at all pleasant feeling old rustic, like I hv entered some store room. Goshhh! I paid 7.5k for this i was very much disappointed. Wen we entered the room I saw old fashioned furnicher with basic facilities nothing attractive infact rustic and stinky. I couldn't stand there for more than 10 mins I don't know how people stay in such place that to after paying huge price. It's a toucher. When we complaint this to owner he started defending and arguing and teaching us about fab India brand . Dude we are from Mumbai and we know what is fab India we hv baught cloths frm there. Do not defame any brand by taking there name. I think I should DM the fab India brand on Instagram about this. After a long argument the owner agreed to repay us the amount since we do not wanted to spend our day there. We left in disappointment and half of our day was wasted. I recommend never go to this hotel. And if going do not pay more than 1k.

Enjoyed our stay there. Most of Kanatal stays are along one route from Chamba to Tehri. At quite a height, there was a thick foliage of Devdar trees on one side and deep valley on the other. This place in fact is quite at a point where there is valley on both sides. There is EVP-park where one can go for long walks in Devdar woods. The food is good and staff very courteous. The owners couple was on the premises looking after all arrangements and ensuring guests are taken care of. Had a chance of sighting a barking deer from the property. Overall a great experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
