Dharamshala village resort is a bliss for those looking for serene and peaceful atmosphere. Extremely courteous staff, clean & hygienic rooms, good homely food. Amazing experience, refined my understanding of dharamshala which has become too crowded.

The place is amazing to stay at, I can’t describe in words how polite the host and the manager were. The view is serene, rooms are aesthetic, you will fall in love with this stay. The food is awesome, they served everything which was on their menu and it tasted on point. We enjoyed it a lot. The place is also close to many locations which makes it perfect. I will definitely visit again, A must must visit when in Dharamshala!!!!

I have visited the Mud House Cafe multiple times along with family, official team and my friends. Place has a mind pleasing environment and location is surrounded by Rocky Mountains of Kharouta Valley. Premises has a very graceful view, especially at ☀️ sunrise and during the sunset. I would strongly recommend to visit this place as the location is little away from the crowdy areas and nature has already blessed this location with a lot of grace. Moreover hospitality services are really impressive and the food quality is exuberant. Hygiene is being very well maintained by their administration. Staff people are also very proactive towards meeting their client's expectations. We really appreciate the level of service they provide!

The view from the property is amazing. Clean and hygienic rooms, delicious food with variety of dishes in menu and above all the hospitality of the staff made my visit memorable. Recommended for families and groups, especially on weekends as they serve kangdi shaam which is traditional delicacy of Himachal Pradesh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
