Had a very good experience at this Hotel. I visited here with my family and the stay was comfortable. Rooms very hygienic, spacious, the food in their rooftop cafe was simply amazing. Would like to specially mention how the owner of this place Mr.Parth was very helpful to us. My kid was unwell in the middle of the night and he drove us to hospital in his personal vehicle at the odd hours and helped us immediately. The staff was so helpful and decent. I highly recommend this place to anyone. No second thoughts, just go for it 💕🥳

“I really like that the room service is 24/7. The food was fantastic and very fast to arrive. The parking was easy, staff were lovely, rooms were sensational. Bedding very comfortable and the bath tub was perfect.The room was great, and staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant. It is so good to see a team working so well together. Valet service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was amazing from the first step out of the car.The buffet had every detail we could ask for ! I can not say enough for the care you receive while staying here. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer quality prepared dishes, sure to temp your taste buds. We were delighted with the entire experience, and we can not wait to return.”

We booked 3 rooms here and they were spacious with heating cooling facilities in AC of the room. The hotel had live music performance which was great. Food in restaurant was OK. Located close to good eating places and adventure activities shops. I felt it was expensive for the room size and with TV not working in any of the rooms, but its a good hotel for a comfortable stay if its fits the burget.

At beginning stay was good, but later on you start figuring it out after 7 PM that other guest can't disturb you but ofcose they can and they'll. Hotel organise live sing party om roof top with super loud music. This will make your stay like hell. When you ask to slow it down, they expect you to adjust with it. They announce free entry invitations and will make your stay hell. Literally I had to make a video call meeting for few minutes, I had to drive myself from that hotel to some other parking. Sound is so loud that you can't even talk into your room or car. Staffs are very unprofessional AC not working shower not working Breakfast won't be served on time or may be finished earlier Room service worst Owner guest support worst Never recommend for family or business stay

Good hospitality. The owner himself stays involved to ensure the service quality of the staff, and that the guest's experience is good. Right adj to Laxman Jhula Market. Parking in the lane may be a bit of problem, but they have valet service so I didn't have to worry much. The restaurant is good, the taste is good, and the menu is good. However, just 2-3 options for breakfast. But they have a lot of options for lunch and dinner and the chefs are good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
