Rooms are nice and spacious. However the service is really slow and unprofessional. Breakfast service was pathetic in an empty restaurant team of staff was not able to cater to small request. On the checkout day housekeeping staff came to room at 10 and said if we vacate the room early it will be good for them. I was astonished as if the room is taken for my convenience or theirs. The only thing good was the room.

The basic amenities like hot water is not there. They make you wait for a long time to even get you a bucket of hot water. The amount you pay for your stay feels a waste. Basic services like hot water, drinking water, should be available at one call. Very disappointed. Please avoid stay at this hotel. You will come across better hotels at better price with better amenities. I am currently staying here and i know how it is.

I would like to address the highly irresponsible behaviour of the staff of hotel castillo;specially Rajiv; supposedly the senior most staff present at the hotel; which was really traumatising. Yuvraj; one of the staff members of the hotel promised us a refund of one room on 26th night at 11'30 pm as my parents could not join us for some reason.He handed over the keys of only one room to us and asked us to wait till morning. In the morning another staff; a female; again quoted us an amount and assured us that this would be a refund of your second room and I asked her for a written statement but she denied.Rajiv; their senior asked us we will refund the amount to your travel agent. But he argued with us in a very derogatory way. A horrific experience crept in when after reaching back home they refused us the refund and talked to us in a very abusive language. Kindly don't fall prey to these fraudsters. Rajiv should be fired right away because he has been a liar throughout and a big fraudster and is running the hotel by such fraudulent ways..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
